ACCEF now initiates the second round of fundraising. The goal of this round is to raise $30,000 in order to purchase 15 Philips ST30 portable breathing machines and some portable ECG monitors. The breathing machines will be directly delivered to four hospitals in Wuhan.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>ACCEF\u9996\u8f6e\u52df\u6350\u6210\u679c\u8fc5\u901f\u5bc4\u9001\u6e56\u5317\u7701\u56db\u5bb6\u4e3b\u8981\u5b9a\u70b9\u6536\u6cbb\u533b\u9662\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u8f6e\u52df\u6350\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u76ee\u6807\uff1a3\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u8ffd\u8ba215\u53f0\u65e0\u521b\u547c\u5438\u673a\uff0c\u53ca\u4fbf\u643a\u5f0f\u5fc3\u7535\u68c0\u6d4b\u4eea\u3002<\/p>\n<p>15\u53f0\u547c\u5438\u673a\u76f4\u901a\u6e56\u53174\u533b\u9662
