At evening of Sept. 28, China Consul General Zhang Yun, San Diego City Concil Ron Rorberts, and more than 600 people, representing different American/Chinese associations and groups, attended the banquet to celebrate 59th anniversary of P. R. China. ACCEF, as one of co-organizer, have more than 10 people attended event.
